Often referred to as the distiller’s go to whiskey, Old Forester 1920 has long been an industry favorite. Old Forester was one of 6 distilleries granted a medicinal license to operate during prohibition, this whiskey is a recreation of the spirit they produced during that era. Starting with rich dark fruit and chocolate on the nose alongside a boisterous palate of brown sugar, citrus peel, and coffee, the whiskey finishes with black pepper spice and nuttiness.
