
This junmai sake from Kizakura brewery is named after Japan’s colorful koi fish, called ‘living jewels’, that represent good fortune and luck. Made using Koshihikari rice, Tozai has a round and clean finish along with aromas of citrus, Asian pear, and a hint of rice porridge. Perfect for when a recipe calls for sake - but definitely good enough to enjoy the rest alongside midweek sushi takeout or a lemony miso salmon.
